Social Entrepreneurship: The Development of Important and Necessary Human Capital in the Present

The development of entrepreneurial innovation, which includes the entrepreneur's own thoughts and intentions to lead their business to sustainable growth, with some entrepreneurs focusing on innovation in entrepreneurship that prioritizes creating social value more than their own business benefits, until it becomes a social enterprise that is developed with goals and missions to focus on creating value or creating benefits in society through various business activities to meet the needs and needs of that society. Amidst the changes and awareness of the problems that have occurred, it has resulted in social entrepreneurship developing and growing rapidly under related issues such as innovation, technology, public policy, community development, social movements, and non-profit organizations, etc. Whether it is a business with the main objectives of social entrepreneurship in reducing poverty and illiteracy, improving the overall well-being and quality of life of the community, creating social equality, and conserving the environment for future generations.

Social enterprises arise at various levels, starting from creating sustainable social profits. To non-profit operations by using marketing activities for social goals. Therefore, social entrepreneurs must be committed to creating and maintaining social values, continuously seeking opportunities to serve society, lifelong learning, innovation and a sense of responsibility towards stakeholders, etc. These are related to the development of personality and innate characteristics of individuals that affect the abilities, motivation, attitudes and emotions of each individual that are different. It reflects the intention and expression of social entrepreneurship of individuals (Joyce, María, Adrián, Mauro, Rosa & Manuel, 2018). In the research of Hockerts (2017), it was found that the factors affecting the intention to be a social entrepreneur are social support, the perception of the ability of social entrepreneurs, moral obligation and empathy, which shows the importance of personal characteristics in social entrepreneurship. Similarly, the research of Chinchilla and Garcia (2017) found a positive relationship between mindfulness training and entrepreneurship training and intention to be a social entrepreneur. If individuals participate in entrepreneurship training courses, it will increase the intention of each individual to be a social entrepreneur. Therefore, strong entrepreneurship training along with the development of mindfulness skills will help promote social entrepreneurs to be successful. In addition, the research of Tirta et al. (2018) found that the characteristic that affects the level of social participation of social entrepreneurs is perseverance. Therefore, from the results of past research, it reflects that the characteristics of entrepreneurs are an important factor leading to the success of social enterprises, both the characteristics that arise from personal personality and the characteristics that arise from potential development or training. The study of the characteristics of social entrepreneurs in different contexts shows the importance of entrepreneurial characteristics in 3 dimensions: knowledge and skills, skills and experience, and personality characteristics, which can be summarized as follows:

1. Knowledge and skills dimension, this dimension can be divided into 3 components:
1) Planning dimension
2) Information search dimension
3) Efficiency dimension

2. Skills and experience dimension, this dimension can be divided into 3 components:
1) Opportunity seeking dimension
2) Goal orientation dimension
3) Commitment dimension

3. Personality characteristics dimension, this dimension It can be divided into 7 components:
1) Openness to experience and learning (Openness)
2) Extraversion
3) Agreeableness
4) Conscientiousness
5) Neuroticism
6) Risk-taking
7) Self-confidence
8) Persuasiveness

From the synthesis of the article, it reflects that the approach to determining the indicators of social entrepreneurs' characteristics should give more importance to the personality dimension than the knowledge and skills and experience dimensions. This is because the latter 2 dimensions are the basic characteristics that entrepreneurs should have in general. However, social enterprises are operations that arise from the entrepreneurs' desire to help society as the main priority and do not have profits or goals of generating the most income. Therefore, the motivation for social entrepreneurs to operate social enterprises often arises from the personality traits that arise within each entrepreneur, leading to the emergence of social enterprises with the following operating guidelines: 1) Having a social vision 2) Appreciating sustainable operations 3) Being able to develop social networks 4) Having innovative capabilities 5) Being able to generate income or returns

Therefore, it can be concluded that the indicators of social entrepreneurs' characteristics of the entrepreneurs themselves will be a factor indicating the implementation of social enterprises in Thai society, which can be used as a guideline to promote or develop the characteristics of social entrepreneurs to jointly solve current social problems effectively.
