Hug Mae Hackathon 2026
From Royal Heritage to Community Economy

University students are invited to further develop Thai wisdom into practical digital innovation through the Youth Hackathon, inspired by the royal initiatives of Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra.

Society & Environment: Community, environment, and quality of life

Creativity: Culture, local wisdom, and the creative economy

Urban Living: Cities, technology, and modern lifestyles

Prizes
Total prize value exceeding 1,000,000 Baht
Three winning teams will receive the opportunity to join the Huawei Seeds for the Future program, including a study visit to Huawei Headquarters in Shenzhen, People’s Republic of China.

Undergraduate students

Apply as a team of 5 members

All members must be from the same institution

Timeline
February 2–28, 2026: Application period
March 20, 2026: Announcement of shortlisted teams
April 3–5, 2026: Bootcamp and Pitching
June 2026: Final Coaching and Prototype Review
July 2026: Rehearsal and Demo Day with winner announcement
August 5, 2026: Award ceremony
