Announcement: Adjustments to Teaching, Learning, and Activities during COVID-19

For teaching and learning, instructors may adjust teaching methods, assessment, and evaluation as appropriate. Options include:

Allowing students to complete courses earlier than scheduled.

Shifting to online teaching or Video on Demand.

Waiving attendance checks as a requirement for final examinations.

Examinations may also be adjusted to:

Online exams.

Take-home exams.

Or continue with traditional in-class exams, where applicable.

For graduate-level programs, courses may be shifted to online systems or conducted via teleconferencing.

With regard to university activities, events are postponed until further notice. If organizing activities is unavoidable, strict and effective screening and preventive measures must be implemented.
