For students who participate in volunteer activities with individuals inside the university or with external organizations, activity records can be submitted to be converted into volunteer hours.

Students can download the form at http://cosci.swu.ac.th/download and fill it out under the section Documents related to students > Form for Participation in Public Service and Volunteer Activities (Individual).

Please attach supporting evidence of participation as follows:

Photographs taken during the activity

Poster / Announcement / Webpage of recruitment (if available)

Activity schedule

Certificate of participation / Letter of confirmation or other relevant documents

Copy of student ID card

Submit the completed form and supporting documents at:

[Note]

For external organizations, the supervisor must sign and affix the organization’s official seal.

If students receive monetary compensation for volunteer work, volunteer hours will not be granted.

The number of hours granted will be determined by the Student Affairs Division, primarily based on the activity schedule.
