Parkemech is a business that distributes custom mechanical keyboard equipment, including assembly and repair services.
N-Squared eCommerce is a company that sees the business opportunities of this industry, so it created the Parkemech business.
The source of the problem
N-Squared eCommerce created the Parkemech brand with only capital, products and a website, but lacked in-depth knowledge in doing business in this industry, making it difficult to do business. The researcher therefore took over to develop the business model and increase Parkemech's distribution channels, including Facebook Page and Shopee.
Research objectives
To develop a Custom Mechanical Keyboard business model and deliver it to NSQ Company to develop various distribution channels of the Custom Mechanical Keyboard business to generate income for N-Square E-Commerce Co., Ltd.

Facebook Page will be a channel for public relations. We have created content using the Customer Journey theory as follows:
1. Awareness: Create awareness by presenting the brand's strengths. By presenting the brand's strengths that are friendly, easy to access like talking to a friend, recommending product usage similar to a group conversation, with humor.
2. Consideration: It is important because it is content that provides information about products and services. As a result, customers feel that they benefit, can use it, and make purchasing decisions more easily. It is content that introduces products, which are niche markets, have a lot of details and require in-depth information that other competitors in Thailand do not often present.
3. Purchase: It is about telling about new products that are being sold. Normally, other stores will have fewer options for customers to choose from. But ParkeMech is ready with a wider variety of options. For example, normally, keyboard switches are sold in sets of 10 pieces, but the store sells them 1 piece at a time, supporting all customer needs, whether they are just interested in buying them to try or even just wanting to collect them.
4. Product Usage: Presenting images of product usage ideas as examples for customers. It is important to create realistic conceptual images. The purpose is to make closing sales easier. It is an experiment to bring equipment in the shop to Mix & Match to be different types of keyboards as an idea for customers to see.
5. Repeat purchase (Loyalty) In this business industry, there are some products that have a very low production rate per year, resulting in a very high Resell price. Therefore, the shop will often have Flash Sale periods.

What we learned from the research
Business Strategies: Business planning from Six Force, SWOT and Business Model Canvas strategies creates knowledge and understanding of doing business from upstream to downstream, which can make doing business easier and know the overall picture of our own brand and the external environment as a guideline for the organization's growth.
Website: It is a channel where businesses have the most freedom and can do whatever they want. Therefore, it is a channel that can show the brand's identity the most.
Social Media: The Customer Journey theory is important in the digital market because nowadays, consumers tend to find information on the internet. Therefore, creating content according to this theory will help influence customers' consumption behavior at the right time and in the right way. And because information about this market in Thailand is still scarce, businesses that start first will have an advantage. Currently, Social Media has a great influence on consumer behavior in Thailand because it is a convenient channel for both talking to stores and receiving information from stores.
E-Marketplace: Shopee, a group of Thai consumers are satisfied with buying on Shopee. They consume a lot of products on this channel and are recommended stores. Being very reliable from customer reviews of real products and having a good security system for buying makes sales increase significantly. And selling product naming within the Shopee channel should be consistent with the data obtained from SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and using Trends tools in order to be able to further develop and develop the business by using Keywords through Shopee Ads more cost-effectively and efficiently.
